Day 118: Nothing

And I am back to doing nothing. The second client still hasn’t gotten back to me, and I have no work at my job. Still, I can’t seem to do anything productive with all the time I have available.

I seem to be out of it. Everything I was working on has stopped, and now I have to spend time figuring out what I was doing to determine what more needs done.

I really need to launch the WordPress plugin that I started awhile ago. If I don’t, soon it will be outdated and worth nothing. I also have a few sites I need to work on in order to sell those, and they run with a similar risk.

Any features and add-ons to the site are worth the most when they are new and current. The longer I go, the less they are worth, and the sooner the domains are to expiring.

I would also like to add to the rental properties. Mainly, the are the only real passive income that I have. With the job change, though, I will have some explaining to do.

With a move and a job change, I am thinking I should probably wait 6 months or so before trying to get another loan. That will also allow the current ones to age a little and build trust with the bank, or at least I hope so.

Realistically , the bank might not even care about any of this, I don’t really know. It’s just the while I am doing nothing and was distracted by the move, the rental properties still brought in money. The client work has been the best by far, but with the second client’s work drying up, it’s not that stable.

Plus, I actually have to do the work. There will likely be a few months where the houses sit empty and I get nothing, but they are at least bring in revenue without any involvement from me right now.
