Things were going so well, and then I fell asleep. It was shortly after the evening status call for the client work that I fell asleep. It was horrible timing since I just got off the phone saying what all I planned on having done and fell asleep before doing any of it.

I woke up and was still too tired to actual do anything. I know this will make tomorrow suck, but at least I shouldn’t fall asleep and maybe even be awake most of the weekend. I am definitely still relying heavily on caffeine.

Client work did start getting a little crazy. There are whole sections of code that need changed and the changes aren’t simple. That is leading to fights about why it was implemented wrong in the first place since the changes that need to happen were known months ago.

Luckily, none of that had anything to do with me, and the work coming up means it’s very likely I get to stay on to do it. There is a team of 5 of us, but only 3 seem to code, which includes me. I don’t think they could let me go anytime soon since they have more work than 2 people can handle.

One good thing I had going for this week is I am been keeping track of what I have been doing for the client work to make sending the invoice and daily log easier. I hated that last week, trying to remember hour by hour what I worked on.

eBay was pretty slow with only 3 things sold, but 2 of them were pretty profitable items. Pretty sure eBay sales will soon come to an end, though.
